Unlock higher point multipliers as you climb the ladder. Your tier sticks with you through the end of this year and all of the following calendar year, so once you earn it, you keep it.

Once you’ve earned enough points, redeem them for a discount code and use it on your next eligible Caffeine Break order.

STEP 1:

Log in to your Rewards Dashboard to see your points balance and available rewards.

STEP 2:

Choose how many points you want to redeem. Every 200 points equals $1 off your next order.

STEP 3:

Copy the discount code that appears in your “Your Rewards” section so it’s ready to use.

STEP 4:

Paste the code into the discount box at checkout and watch your total automatically update.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by shopping Caffeine Break, creating an account, and following us on social media.

How many points do I earn?

You’ll earn between 10 and 25 points per $1 spent, depending on your rewards tier.

What can I use points for?

Points can be redeemed for discount codes to use on future Caffeine Break orders.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 12 months.

Do reward codes expire?

Yes. Once activated, reward codes are valid for 6 months.

Can I use more than one rewards code at once?

No. Only one rewards code can be used per order.

How do tiers work?

As you spend more throughout the year, you move into higher tiers and earn more points per $1 spent.

When does tier spend reset?

Tier spend resets every January 1.

Where do I find my rewards?

Your points balance, tier status, and available discount codes live inside your Rewards Dashboard.

Caffeine Break Rewards Terms & Conditions

Enrollment

To join Caffeine Break Rewards, customers must create an account on the Caffeine Break website.

Earning Points

Points may be earned through eligible purchases, account creation, social actions, promotional offers, or other activities defined by Caffeine Break.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for eligible discount codes only. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another account.

Expiration

Points expire after 12 months. Reward codes expire 6 months after activation.

Returns & Cancellations

Points earned from returned, refunded, or cancelled orders may be removed from your account.

Misuse

Caffeine Break may remove points, cancel rewards, or suspend accounts where fraud, duplicate accounts, or misuse is suspected.

Program Changes

Caffeine Break may update, pause, or end the rewards program at any time. Updates will be reflected on the Caffeine Break website.
