Shipping Policy

Caffeine Break ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packing before shipment. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options
Economy: 2-7 business days after shipment. $5.99 for orders under $80, free for orders over $80.
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days after shipment.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment.
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days after shipment.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day after shipment.
All UPS Rates are calculated at checkout. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Coverage and Restrictions
Caffeine Break ships to most U.S. states and military bases, but some states, counties, territories, and regions are restricted due to local laws. If shipping is not available for your address, your options will be limited at checkout, or your order may not be completed. Caffeine Break does not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking and Delays
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates to appear. Shipping times are estimates only and may be delayed by weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Order Issues
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact Caffeine Break within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If your package shows as delivered but was not received, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to assist.

Changes, Returns, and Review
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they ship. All sales are final. If there is a product defect or shipping error, contact Caffeine Break within 30 days of delivery. All orders are subject to review and may be delayed, canceled, or refused for fraud, or compliance reasons.
